Spicy Rosemary Nuts

Great with a beer or cocktail, a big hit at parties.

Ingredients

1 - 2 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne (more if you like it spicy)
1 tbsp Dried rosemary
1 tsp Brown sugar
3 cups Mixed nuts (unsalted)


Directions

Heat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt butter in a small pan over medium-high heat. Soon as it bubbles add salt, cayenne, rosemary and sugar. Take off the heat and stir to combine everything.

Pour the spiced butter over the nuts and toss.
Spread the nuts out on the baking sheet. Bake for 6 - 7 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
