2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large can diced tomatos
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp sugar, or more to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet heat oil, lightly brown garlic. Add tomatos, simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated. Add parsley, sugar and s&p. Simmer until desired consistency.
