2 c broccoli, bite size
½ c celery, chopped (small cubes)
1/3 c green onions, chopped
½ c halved green grapes
¼ c sliced almonds
½ can real bacon bits
½ c mayonnaise (approx)
1 Tbsp white vinegar
1/8 – ¼ c sugar
dash of salt and pepper
In a bowl, toss together the vegetables, grapes, almonds and bacon bits. In a separate small bowl, mix the mayo, vinegar and sugar. You are welcome to adjust the quantities of these 3 ingredients to suite your taste. Stir dressing into salad so that the salad is coated. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
