1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
5 slices of salami (thick cut Genoa) cut into square pieces
3 green onions
1 1/2 cups fresh peas
3/4 cups water
1 tsp tomato paste
Salt & Pepper
Dash Cinnamon
Heat butter and oil in skillet, add salami and green onions. Cook until onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients, simmer until water evaporates.
