Fresh Asparagus
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Fresh Lemon
Sesame Seeds (optional)
Hold the asparagus by each end, bend quickly, it will snap the stalk at just the right place.
Put the asparagus in a flat dish, drizzle a good amount of olive on, then season liberally with salt & pepper (good sea salt and fresh ground pepper).
Grill on the BBQ on medium-high heat, they don't take long, you just want them on long enough to get some grill marks on both sides.
Transfer to serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and squeeze on some fresh lemon juice.
