1/2 cup white button mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup colby cheese, grated
Blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup ham, julienned
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 medium sized onion chopped
1/8 cup butter
4 large croissants
1. Melt butter in large skillet. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Slice croissants lengthwise and place cut side in skillet for one minute, then remove from pan.
2. Saute onion and pepper in skillet. Add mushrooms and cook for another minute. Add ham and Swiss cheese and cook for another minute, stirring. Remove from heat and sprinkle with colby. Top with blue cheese to taste.
3. Spread on croissants. Put in oven 9-11 minutes.
