Marinade:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup soya sauce (Kikkoman)
1 green onion
thyme
Chop up the green onion and mix with all other marinade ingredients. Marinate the steaks for a minimum of 4 hours (24 hours is best).
While the steaks are grilling, bring the marinade to a boil. Slice the steaks up into thin slices, serve over basmati rice, and drizzle the heated marinade over top.
